Our Company Structure

At MIS Web Design we believe in matching the right skills to the right project. We feel that by having a large in-house development team we would be leaving ourselves in the position that we had to assign an individual to a project because they were short of work, rather than because they were the right person for the job.

We feel that this is not in our best interests or in the best interests of our customers. Web projects can require skills from a diverse range of areas, including:

• Graphic and web design
• Client side development
• Server side development
• Content writing and editing
• On-line and off-line marketing
• Usability assesments and testing
• Accessibility assesments and testing
• Security
• Information architecture

Many of the above skills can be broken down further into smaller groups. We evaluate each project based on our knowledge and experience and then source the necessary skills from our pool of partner companies and freelancers.

We are always on the lookout for talented freelancers to join us which is why we have spent time optimising our jobs page to be highly ranked on Google for 'Web Design Jobs' and 'Design Jobs'. We have also developed links with other prominent companies and indiviuals within a number of on-line communities including Web Standards and Accessibility 'gurus'.
